Dear SJ HRD,

What is the nature of your industry? As far as work is concerned, in what way the work of the contract employees is different from the regular employees. If the contract employees going to have exposure to the sensitive information, then why are they kept on the contractor's role?

Whether for the regular employees or the contract employees, the contents of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) do not change. Therefore, treat the contract employees at par with the regular employees.
