As per trail mail the employee has applied for resignation on 27 th October, through the MYHr portal but his notice period was reflecting 30 days, though he is still in the probation period. He has officially served the notice period of 7 days post his date of resignation. Requesting to consider the same in his FNF statement.

This is the mail I received on my resignation mail from my HR, after serving a week of notice. This is an acceptance of resignation or not?

This only acknowledges that the resignation has reached HR, the notice period is 30 days and 7 days has been served after submitting resignation, fnf has to take due care of it. This does not amount to acceptance of resignation.

Well, Hr on the same grounds asked me to serve 1 week of notice period only. Thats why I did the same and post serving shared the mail again where she gave this reply. Today I got a mail stating you have to serve 58 days of notice period . They haven't considered anything above . What should be done.
