I submitted my resignation on 6th November. And i left the organization on 15th December after serving the notice period. It was decided by the management that they will have an appraisal meeting in December and after that employees will be provided the incremented salary onwards along with the arrears for November (i.e November is the month from which employees will be getting the incremented salary).
Now, since i left the organization in mid of December, i asked that i should also getting the incremented salary for November and half of December.
On saying this the manager says there is no such provision and no any provides incremented salary in such a case. The manager said to me that show me a case where this scenario happened and the employee got incremented salary. What should i do ?

resigned after the finalization of appraisal ??

After the completion of review process , the increment percentage was to be decided. I submitted my resignation after the completion of review process but before the decision of new salary for the whole team was taken.
But once i submitted my resignation, the manager proposed me the increment salary. But just because i was getting better offer, i left that organization.

if you have willfully refused to continue in the establishment, despite of offer, then what for you are having regret?

asad-hussain1
I mean to say that i should be entitled for the incremented salary for the duration i served there after the increment cycle.

You are not entitled for an increment, unless you are issued with an increment letter. Increment is at the discretion of the Management please
