I worked in an MNC till 6th Jun 2021 and I joined a startup company on 17 Mar 2021 (as they want immediate joining and my old company is removing employees due to corona crisis. this startup company is not deducting any pf). but I have got relieving letter of 6th June 2021 from MNC, will it create an issue in next company? if yes how can I avoid that, please help

Since the poster was officially declared by the MNC on 06-06-2021, he would be deemed to in the employment of the MNC up to that date, though he joined the start-up on 17-03-2021. So the period from 17-03-21 to 06-06-21 would be treated as dual employment. It's better to get the relieving date rectified from the MNC.

Since the poster was already a subscriber to EPF, the start-up is bound to continue the same.

Another important aspect I forgot to deal with in my previous post. The poster should clarify whether the relieving letter is dated belatedly as 06-06-21 or the date of relieving is mentioned inadvertently as 06-06-21. Unless the poster was actually relieved some time before , he could not have joined the start up on 17-03-21.
