Hi, I want help Regarding my job change, some of the company was offering higher pay package as offering me to join as soon as possible (within 10 to 15 days) but my confusion is that I had joined my Present company on last December and they paid salary on each month around 20th or 22nd day of each month and i am suffering for money crises for each month so i don't know what to do ? Please provide me your's valuable suggestion.

Hi Jitensheth,
If your current employer delay salary and if you got new offer there is nothing wrong in moving. However please ensure you follow proper exit process with the current employer. Also please check about the business potentials of new employer for long term stability, on time salary etc.

Dear Friend, Greetings! Please check notice period in your letter of appointment. Further, salary date is not matter when you are resigning. You just follow the notice period date. Rgds
