Hi Colleagues,

I need your support & guidance on below Scenario.

We had hired an 12th Pass Intelligent Employee for an Open Role and planned to train him for Future Leadership of the Company.
It has 6 Months that he is with the Company now and contributing to various Projects.
In the meanwhile he had filled his forms for Graduation from several universities.
We want to retain this employee so that he joins us after completion of his course.
Also we intend to enhance his skills by sending him for Graduation in University of California San Diego for Mechatronics Engineering (where he is already selected).
The College fees is to be paid in USD and the Company is willing to bear the Expenses of the same and in Return we will have a written Agreement with the Candidate that on completion of the course he will come back to India and contribute to the Organization for at least 3 Years.

Wanted to understand if this is allowed as per the Govt. rules and what all documents are required to make this happen.

Your immediate and supporting responses shall be highly appreciated.
