I am doing job in manufacturing company post of HR Executive. My last company also manufacturing automobile company but my post is HR associate . My total experience in HR Department is 2.5 years but I have not a graduated. I can ask to you I have change job to another company without graduation and is compulsory or not . I have also 1 year experience in Admin supervision.Please get me a suggestion for this problem.

I suggest you to complete your graduation and even MBA - HR / MHRM so that there won't be any obstacle in your career growth failing which you need to settle with lower salary and even position also.

Completion of educational qualifications will give a boost to your salary, work prospects.
You already have some experience and now when you get degrees to back up your work experience, it will give your career a boost.
Most companies insist upon appropriate educational qualifications suitable for the job and w/o qualifications you get disqualified straightaway.

Dear Gaurav,
Though experience teaches a man how to perform, basic education qualification is required as suggested by our colleagues.
Now a days graduation is a minimum thing for qualifying anywhere, it is for your good that you get a degree immediately.
