a) The Company has handled a variety of construction or real estate projects in the past, is handling now and will handle in future too. Your work will give you exposure to the accounting or financial matters of the business units through which the business is executed. The dissemination of this information, either in the form of soft data or hard copies, without proper permission is strictly prohibited.

b) You will not, during the continuance of this appointment and thereafter, disclose, divulge or communicate to any interested or other people, whatsoever, any information relating to the company’s technical, accounting and financial know-how, business practices or any other information of a confidential character.

c) You will treat all information obtained during the course of your employment with the Company, either directly from the other employees of the Company or during the course of your work with the Company, as strictly confidential.
