Dear All, Wanted to understand the usual Attrition rate in a start-up company with a strength of 250+ employees
Also, wanted to understand the good rate of attrition. I would like to discuss more on factors for attrition like:
Reason for Exit
Experience bracket
Looking forward to a response…
Thank you

Hi Manasa,
There is no such thing as "usual Attrition rate..."
The term attrition refers to a gradual but deliberate reduction in staff numbers that occurs as employees retire or resign and are not replaced. It is commonly used to describe downsizing in a firm's employee pool.

Harsh
