Hi, I am preparing a salary structure for per month salary of INR 10,000, pls help me with salary structure and breakup, at this time since the number of employees is less than 10 so I don't have PF and ESIC registration and hence entire 10,000 should be available for payment to the employee, also since pay is INR 10,000 and it is a female candidate so professional tax will also be not applicable, pls help.

Dear Huntgurus-Services,

It appears that you will pay minimum wages to the employee. When the employer pays the minimum wages, the break up of the wages does not matter. However, the question that arises is whether you complying with the minimum wages of Maharashtra. You may click here to refer to the minimum wages.
