My employer had paid 30% salary during the lockdown period for a month(april). And then not given salary for may. Now they have marked pl for april for which they have paid 30%. Thus exhausting my entire pl till next year. Is it legal?
I work in the hotel industry. And according to my employer administrative department "work from home" will not be considered for lockdown. Then why was I made to work on mails etc during lockdown?

You'll have no legal protection against shift change which is operational compulsions. Why You object to the change at the time most of the firms work on reduced manpower and lower capacity due difficulties faced during Lockdown. You'll have no justification.
