In one of my organization my employer had made some changes in the business plan so asked me to leave stating that my performance was not up to mark. They did not follow any PIP process nor gave me a valid reason. The organization did provide me 30 days of notice. However, I still feel it was unfair. Please suggest if I can write an email to the labor commissioner complaining about the same.

@ Tuhin PIP is not set defined process by Law.
Company is following the termination clause mentioned in your appointment letter (giving 1 month notice).
If this case it would be better to have mutual agreement with company.
