Hi all, Need your help. I am working in an consultancy as a recruiter when I gave interview they didn't had the complete jd they told me it's for coordination roles I said ok and joined post joining two months my manager put me in pip saying that I am not doing great he assigned me the responsibility of recruiter and put me in pip even though I agreed and I done my work post the deadline of pip I am waiting for my manager final conclusion on my pip he didn't respond and met me I sent him so many mails to him to discuss he didn't respond after an 1 year during this covid 19 he said that he is looking for candidates with more experience and more responsiblity which your profile doesn't suites.
So he is saying if hr termination I have to leave within 15days or else it's better to put down paper on your own so you can serve notice period and can leave.
My question is if they put anyone in pip in January 2019 and deadline is Feburary 2019 they comeback after a year February 2020 is that still valid?
What I can do in this situation I don't have any offers in hand at this time.

From your post, it is clear that you were on 2 months PIP, which you have cleared without further feedback from your managers and since then you are continually working on your role. Due to this pandemic Covid situation many companies are downsizing and saving cost. So, now if your manager is asking you to resign is not because of your performance but due to this current situation. If he had issues regarding your performance, he may have told you after few months from your PIP. So, I feel scenario is different. You know your company's situation better than us. SO, if your company is also on cost saving mood, that can be a reason for your situation. It is unethical for any employer to do so in such a critical situation, but nothing can be done much on this, the situation is critical for everyone.
You can ask manager for a meeting and ask him for an extended notice period You will get time to find a job or you can ask him to extend your notice period with some salary cut. Again, I feel the situation is not totally in your control so, you can try for these options. The situation is similar for many people. People are sitting at home without pay, some on cut of pay.

Today I got a mail from my manager that due to performance i don very poorly he is not satisfied so he setup a call with hr in next week.
Before writing this mail me and my manager had a discussion over the call after submitting him the my pip plan update he told over the call he is very happy with my work and he wanted more experience guys who can handle operations this thing not mentioned in the pip goal plan not while they are hiring me.
Now he completely changed his sentance he is putting all the mistakes on me and written a mail.
I told him at this moment I can't put down any paper I told him market is down so I am not getting the job anywhere.
So I am searching till the time I get my job I work once I get any offer I will put down paper it might take 3month or 6month I asked him to give ma a time he didn't.
And also when it comes to downsizing there might salary cut for few months and during this pandemic they hired fee people so I don't think any problem with my company.
So he clearly mentioned in the mail today saying that all these 9months of pip is not satisfactory.
My question is is pip will be 6month or 9months?
As per me I know either they will keep 1month or 2month
I am almost completed 1year he is saying that in my mail like I on 1year pip which is not
He suppos to meet me very long back
How to tackle the situation

PIP Policy is framed by the companies as per their companies structure. You need to check your companies PIP policy for clarity.
