Diabetic Bank employee having about 30 years of constant service is frequently given Notices by branch manager with an ill-motive to harass him. Victim employee has time and again furnished the Doctor's written disclosures and reports regarding this. The branch Manager continues to practice threats against this employee which is totally biased and unjustifiable. Is there any statutory action that can be taken against such an arrogant branch manager? After the lock-down was lifted in May 2020 amid Corona pandemic, Employee having heavy diabetics was unable to commute from his nearby town to attend bank service because he was strictly advised to do so by his doctor, but the said Branch Manager left no stone unturned to exert all kinds of mental pressures on him
