Dear All,
We have decided to declare holiday on 23rd Apr on account of polling in Bangalore.
We have employees who's polling date is on 30th Apr or any other date (outside Bangalore) and we can not afford to provide two paid holidays to them, at the same time we can not stop them from casting thier votes. For such employees, can we ask them to work on 23rd Apr and take off on 30th April. Please suggest. Your inputs will be highly appreciated and valued.
Regards,
Lakshmi.
