As per the online its 10628/- Gross but we don't fall under PF & ESIC deduction for now. So can we pay them 7500 - 8000 inhand till the time we don't fall under PF & ESIC

Reg.contributions to EPF/ESIC, if your labour strength is 10 or 20 you should have registered with authorities. But if your labour strength is not 10 then it's a different issue. Depending on the applicability to your firm you have deal the matter accordingly.
Payment of Minimum wages is mandatory whether EPF/ESI is applicable to your firm. Hence you should not restrict the MW on this aspect. Pl.Examine all the relevant factors.
