One of my colleague has breached our company policies and doing freelancing work somewhere else while working with us full time . Our company is Intellectual property company and this type of things are not acceptable . So i have to prepare his full case and an agreement also where the consequences regarding such type of things are being mentioned .
Please help me to make such type of agreements .

There are standard non disclosure agreement which every employee can be asked to sign while joining.
Dual employment per se is not permitted anyway.
Company needs to frame standard rules regarding information security and intellectual property rules.
Once a policy is laid down and communicated in writing to all employees,any subsequent violation can be tackled in appropriate manner -including disciplinary.
