Hi Kalpana, In current scenario we can only postponed all new joinings and there should be proper communication to the candidates.

Hello:
I am advising from my personal experience. If you have virtual tools required to conduct onboarding or exit, use them. I have conducted both using virtual tools like zoom, Teams and for signed documents Adobe Sign. Slight restructuring of your onboarding or exit flow would be required. Most important, the new hires should have access to a computer and internet connectivity.
Regards,
Ashok
