Dear All, I have been working on Compliance for Facility company. We are principal employer. We have received the salary breakup for every Personnel, in salary breakup ESIC Contribution mentioned 3.25% as Medical Allowance. They have deployed 10 Personnel at my office.
They have withdrawn deployed Personnel names from ESIC and added their names in Medical Facility benefit upto rupees 3.00 lacs.
Kindly confirm, could they withdraw their names from ESIC and add their names in Medical Policy, when most of Personnel receive the salary below 20k in month.
If their names add in Medical policy, do we require the ESIC detail of every month.? Kindly confirm.

The answer is big "NO ". This is illegal so long the employees are covered under ESIC. S K Bandyopadhyay ( Howrah, WB) +91 98310 81531 USD HR Solutions

If you are the principal employer then don’t allow to add their names. Deployed personnel names should be everywhere in record, no exception.
