Employee taken half a day leave on forenoon session on last day of the month i.e., 31st or 30th and reports for duty for post lunch session of shift. Under the guise of administrative inconvenience for salary processing, Can Employer refuse to allow such employee inside the factory premises. Is it in compliant with rule of law. please guide

If you have a leave policy which allows employee to avail half-a-day CL (casual leave), you have to allow him to report for duty for post lunch session of shift.
