Please guide,is their any Holiday policy for National holidays falling on Sunday? Is it adjusted with some other Festival Leave or Paid Leave or not necessary to adjust by the company?

If a national holiday falls on your weekly off, you need not compensate it with any other festival holiday or leave. This is because the national holidays are fixed with date as specifically mentioned in the Act irrespective of on which day it falls.

You need not give any substitute holiday in lieu of a National holiday, falling on Sunday.
Same querry has come earlier in this forum and seniors have given their expert views on this. Kindly refer to.
