Dear Sir, As an employee, I am having around 50 days of EL in my account. If I am utilising around 15 days this month. what will be my salary calculation for the month by my employer. Is it for 15 days salary and another 15 days will be received as my encashment.
Please advise.

Your question is not clear to me.
Accumulation of EL after availment in a year is subject to the limit fixed in the Act under which the leave is applicable.
When you go on EL for 15 days in a month, you will get leave salary for the 15 days and duty salary for the remaining days you worked.
In this situation, where is the question of encashment ?

Dear friend
Any company has a policy of EL accumulation limit upto 30/60/90.
In such case, if you are having 50 leaves, please check with the policy
which you have accumulation limit of EL. More than the limit of EL
either will be encashed or lapsed, if you do not utilise them.
Hope your doubt is cleared now.

It depends on Company policy. Are you working in Government sector/Public sector or private sector?
