Change in Factory working days - want to make it 5 Days/Week for 3/4 months and then go back to 6 Days/week

My Factory has 48 workers and operates for 6 days/Week. I want to make it 5 Days/Week for 3/4 months and then go back to 6 Days/week.
What procedure is to be adopted. There will be no change in wage structure.
