Hi,
I have worked in a Manufacturing Industry as a Mechanical Engineer Trainee on contract role basis for a 6 months fixed tenure through a third party vendor in a client site. The(Contractor) didn't gave me Appointment letter but given me a #Relieving letter when i asked them. Is this relieving letter is enough for my next employer, bcz before this i already have 20 months of experience in an MNC(First Employer) as an associate & have both DoJ and DoE(resigned bcz i want to switch to Technical job not bpo again). Now i'm looking for a permanent job role in It domain .So will be there be any issue with my 2nd Employer Document while Document Verification??

Hi, I think your relieving letter itself would be sufficient provided it contains your Designation/Dept / DOJ/DOR and salary details.
