Hello.. I need some suggestions for my situation!!
I am basically from chennai, currently residing in Kerala (after marriage) and I have experience in managing HR firm for a while in chennai. I would want to do my HR consultancy business again in Chennai, as I don't have support system to do in Kerala.
Could anyone tell me a business model and how to implement it and run it successfully in Chennai without my presence either!
Thanks much..

Hi,
One possible option is you can act as a Recruitment Consultant. Liaise between the Employer and candidates and ensure their placement with the employer. Here no physical presence required. Repeated follow up with the candidates, Employer contacts required.
Other option is if you are strong in Payroll /statutory, you can take care of payroll and statutory compliance of mid size company, get data through email, process at your place and again forward to Employer.

Dear Mr. lakshminarayanan.. Thank you much for the suggestion. My biggest hurdle is to manage the team remotely in any case. Do you think it will work? Could I proceed with my idea! Thanks..

Hi,
Probably for initial setup your physical presence may be required. Later you can monitor/manage through calls and can plan occasional visits.
Or to be more cost effective you may hire some freelancers who will work from home on assignment basis, so no initial investment required.
