An HR Manager has two basic functions
1) Overseeing department functions
2) Managing employees.
HR Manager must be well-versed in compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and recruitment and selection. Core competencies for HR Manager include solid communication skills, and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes.
Current PF deduction is under
12% of the employee’s PF salary goes towards the EPF.
Employer’s contribution is divided as below:
3.67% goes towards contribution for EPF
8.33% goes towards contribution for EPS
0.5% goes towards contribution for EDLI
1.1% goes towards contribution for EPF administration charges
0.01% goes towards contribution for EDLI administration charges
