Good contribution by Ajay, this are standard and relevant question asked in interviews, however dont parrot this answers blindly, understand them and be ready to justify your answers. Try to be as honest and assertive with your responses.

During the interview, focus on answering the intentions of the questions !!

Prepare for the interview :

Research the company, Org Structure, work culture, HR team structure (Analyse your future growth prospects), market reputation etc

BPO recruiters must posses exceptional skills in :

Coordination, Pursuasion, Clear and Concise Communication, Patience, Tolerance, Negotiation ans Organizing skills.

If you are a fresher, speak to BPO recruiter friend and get first hand knowledge of how the industry works from consultancy and corporate points of views.

technical Skills required :

MS office (Mostly Excel skills)

Job sites, surfing skills

Socialising

Reporting

Be smart, assertive and social in the interview .. BPO is all about dealing with brattish youngsters
