What is a EPF withdrawal process , in a situation where employee(Management Employee-in Managerial role) is absconding/Not completed relieving Procedure.
Some of employees are get absconded and not reported at workplace for some days then they just send an email communication to their HOD's about intimating resignation. or else they just submit resignation letter and get absconded and not complete notice period or else release formalities.
After some months they are approaching at Company to enquirer about EPF withdrawal process.
In this situation what actions should take by management ???

Hi, You can’t hold the PF for their unauthorised absence/ absconding from duty. They have the right to claim PF through their UAN portal.
