I have made resignation from gds Bpm in postal department before 9 month. It comes under central government, and authorities have not replied to me, what to do?

1. What are terms of resignaiton as per your appointment ?
2. Is there departmental or other type of inquiry has been initiated against you?
3. Do you have acknowledgement/receipt of submission of your resignation?
4. Did you have proof of reminder or follow up.
If you want to exit clean handed, please make further communication requesting the management to relieve you as per applicable terms, despite they do not respond you can approach the appellate authority appointment under your department and as last resort you can approach to labour officer, as every employment contract is mutual and voluntary in nature no employer can bind his employer unreasonably against employees free will.
