I took the maternity leave from my private school after completing a year....wrkd for completing 2005-2006. that is in June to August in 2006..and joined again in September 2006. But in my next month salary they paid me the same salary of last year's... N changed my joining date after my maternity leave.....
Is this correct.... Now I m thinking to lodge a complaint can I do that?

M'm,
What they have done is illegal. You should submit a petition to your HR to sort out this wrong doing within say, 15 days. If they are not complying with it send a legal notice for appropriate action in consultation with your advocate.

Dear Anony, For something that happened in 2006, i really dont think that you should be wasting time on it now in 2019. not sure if any authority will take cognizance of it so late. Regards Rahul
