Dsc and E-sign not working in shram suvidha portal

Dear Sir/Madam,
We are unable to submit through digital sign / E-sigh for epfo and esic registration on shram suvidha portal. After Submit E-sign the error message is There are some issue with e-Sign service, please try again after sometime. Error code is #111 and when we go to submit DSC there is message is DSC Authentication has been failed. Please try again.
It is Mandatory to attach Digital Certificate Dongel while Generate Digital Certificate, can any one help me , it is very urgent.

check that your browser supports java or not, as most of browsers has discontinued JAVA support

Dear Sir,
I am facing problems in DSC on shramsuvidha portal, I tried reinstalling various versions of Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer as well as different versions of Java but still I am getting error. Kindly help.
