1. It should attract minimum/zero TDS.
2. He should be out of PF & ESI coverage.
3. He should get max. cash in hand (voucher payment).
4. Minimum component should appear in salary slip.
5. Max. should be paid thru voucher (in cash).

You can design CTC taking maximum advantage of Income Tax provisions. You can add reimbursements ilke fuel & maint. (upto Rs. 1,80000/yr), food vouchers (Rs. 2600/month), Gift voucher (Rs. 5000/yr), Children education allowance (Rs. 1200/yr/child - 2 children), HRA (up to 40% of Basic+DA), LTA (one Basic/Yr.), Hostel Allowance (Max Rs 3600/yr/child- 2 children), Office ware allowance (up to Rs. 24,000/yr.). All these reimbursement claims are exempted under IT act subject to submissions of proof.
