I am a safety officer working since the last 10 years... many times i forced to keep quite when the works are going unsafely. Mostly our employers are only concentrate to complete the work in a short way without provide much safety to their employees. As a safety officer we have to keep the records that we have informed to the execution to change the task in to a safe way, but they will not agree to sign in the safety observation notes also. In these conditions how to safe guard our job when any accident is occurred?
Please let me know...

Dear Sujeesh,
I recommend you conducting the training on the safety aspects of the workers' work. Thereafter, obtain the certificate from the operations in charge about implementation of the training practices. This way, you will be able to protect yourself, though partially and not completely.
Thanks,
