Recently I joined as HR Officer to a newly opened automobile parts manufacturing company( strength of the company 150). Before I worked in a non IT company as a HR executive.
Can you please tell me what are all the Labour Acts in Karnataka applicable to auto manufacture. and what are all the books/ records to be maintained at the time of labour inspection.
