Recently I joined as HR Officer to a newly opened automobile parts manufacturing company( strength of the company 150). Before I worked in a non IT company as a HR executive.
Can you please tell me what are all the Labour Acts in Karnataka applicable to auto manufacture. and what are all the books/ records to be maintained at the time of labour inspection.

Instead of asking what all are the laws applicable, you may better ask what is not applicable like Plantation Labour Act, Mines Act. You may get a book on the labour laws along with the Karnataka State Rules which will give you full detail. You may avail services of consultants who are specialists in Labour Law compliance matters
