Iam Robert here, Sir as i said you that i left my previous company without serving the notice period and joined the other company immediately. now my new company is asking to give my previous companies PF number, what to do, shall i tell them to create them a new PF account, so will they create my new PF account, and i case if they create my new PF number is it going to affect my previous companies UAN Number,
And more over when i logged into my previous companies UAN number there was only aadhar linked with my UAN Number is verifed it is reflecting, and to seed my bank account number and PAN number it is showing like (KYC for bank is already pending for approval with the established company) what does this means sir, and what is the solution for this sir.
just know i tried to transfer my pf online but it is reflecting like bank account number is not linked and ifsc code and pan card. but when i tried to link my account number and ifsc code by logging in my UAN NUMBER it is reflecting that KYC and documents NEEDS TO BE APPROVED BY YOUR EMPLOYEER (i.e my previous company) but not by the present company where i joined. so will this my present company people will be able to link my account number and ifsc code with my UAN is it possible and i think my ex employeer will link my account number and it was asking for digital signature of the previous employeer.

Since the telephone number and adhar are linked to the UAN, creating another UAN is foolish idea. Better give the same UAN to the present organisation. You can even link the bank account and other KTCs through the present employer also. What you have to do is to manage the KYC again with bank account, adhar, whatever is pending approval and the present employer will approve it. Regarding non service of notice period, the only thing the previous company can do is to postpone the date of exit. You can transfer the the balance from the old PF to the new PF only if the previous employer has put the date of exit. Many companies are doing it also. But now the EPF Organisation has come up with a direction that the employer is responsible to mark the date of exit as soon as the employee has left the establishment and if not done the employer will have to contribute his PF and admin charges as if he is still in service. With this the employer is under pressure to put the date of exit immediately after the exit has happened without considering the handing over or relieving formalities by the resigned employee.
