how to compute PF as per new rules

whether all allowance including HRA, Conveyance, food, washing etc. to be included for calculating 12% PF contribution ?

As far as my understanding, PF will be calculated on basic + all allowances except of HRA. Members please correct me if I am wrong as I also novice to the compliance part.
