Am i able to withdraw PF by submitting claim form because of unemployment?

I have resigned from a organisation on oct 20th 2017 and joined in other organisation on nov 20th 2017. Am i able to withdraw PF by submitting claim form to my old org by saying the reason as unemployment for more than 2 months.

Yes, you can withdraw your whole PF amount after 60 days.

Yes You can withdraw employee share & EPS of previos organisation.
