We have deployed third party security agency but we also want that it should comply to all required statutory compliances as it is required in the social audits done by agencies for foreign buyers. Kindly guide as to what precautions and documentations are required for security guards deployment.
Does this apply to other contractual services or, contractual services providers social compliance same as for security or housekeeping services ?

1. Ensure that they do have valid PASARA Licence 2. Ensure that they have exemption under PASARA Act 3. All the security guards engaged needs tobe registered under the Alt.

PSARA as well as ESI,PF,GST registration and intimation to local police station is also compulsory.

Thanks for PSARA info. Now it is not clear whether shop and establishment act or factory act which will apply on the security agency acting as service provider to us. As security agency is service provider and we are manufacturing company. And like wise on what basis all the statury documents be maintained.
Also one more thing say if such security agency is head quartered in Delhi and it is providing services in Gurgaon then which state rule will apply.

Above is in context to manufacturing company which requires statutory docs to furnish......so what docs does this manufacturing company needs to submit and what will be working hrs basis (shop floor or factory act) to be taken and shown by the factory for the third party security personnel.....
