Hello Everyone, Hope you all are doing fine...
First a little about myself before getting into my biggest head breaking concern. Currently, I'm working as an HR Business partner in a BPO giant firm for 3.00 lac per annum. . I already have an part time MBA degree from a UGC recognized university. As of now my intention is to get a better job with a better annual package in the same profession so that I can face all my financial issues and get settled. Now, my organization is sponsoring me to take up this 1 year XLRI course in PGCHRM with a condition of bond for few years.
My doubt is , will this course be a value add in getting my package increased or will it just be a component in my resume. Even though I already have an MBA I'm thinking about taking up this course because it is from such a reputed college for HR (XLRI).
Also please suggest on placements front, if by taking this up, will I be able to switch industries like manufacturing where XLRI certification would be valued.
Please provide your valuable input and help me in taking a decision.

Hi Alvin,
Greetings!!!
As per my opinion ; now a days big giants companies are considering the courses offered by XLRI, IIM'S.
In news heard that; XLRI will issue the alumni number to those candidates who peruse course duration of more than 6 month.
All the best and verify the details before joining.
