The legality of employment bonds in India depends on the terms and conditions of the bond and the value of the efforts invested by the employer to train the employee. Therefore, unless the bond details are disclosed, it will not be possible to give an answer.

A bond cannot be restrict beyond limits.
If your company gives you special training and incurs expenditure, in such cases a minimum period can be specified for employee to work and add value.
Beyond that mobility of labour cannot be blocked.
As learned member Umakanthan has mentioned give specific details of training bond and employment conditions to get suitable answers

so many replies on a half recipe query??
it has not yet mentioned that since how many months the person is working with company A and when would the probation period would get over,
Bond query comes in picture when the employment terms are violated after the training/ probation and partially since the joining date,
Let the person post the full details 1st

Dear colleague,
It appears you have accepted an offer of employment with condition of bond ,which apply only after you have joined. You have stated that you have not joined yet. So legally you have not become an 'employee' yet .
Since you received another lucrative offer of the job, you intend to decline the first offer. I don't see any legal hastle if you decline though certainly it will cause inconvenience to company A and reflect badly on your approach.
