Dear All,
I would want to understand whether the company has any obligation of absorbing an intern and if so after how many months? Is there any law which is applicable?
Should there be a PF / ESI deduction for interns hired for a specific period of time-Currently I am hiring interns in Actuarial and Business development department and I work for an insurance company
