Hi Everyone,
I am working as an HR Manager in one of the Real Estate company in Pune. I did my post graduation in 2006 with MBA HR.
But now a days i am feeling little left out as compared with todays HR professionals. I had a maternity gap too in my career.
As all members of this group are esteemed professional wanted an advice as to what things i need to learn or work upon keeping view of todays HR practices which one must know to cope up with latest trends and industry standard.
Your all valuable suggestion will give me direction about how to make my degree and candidature relevant with today s scenario.
Thanks in Advance.

Dear Annonymous,
Can you list the things due to which you feel left out?
Once you make the list, start working on those areas, for ex. if technology is the base, the you will need to invest time and energy to learn the technology. If the current updates in the laws is a area, then update yourself on those grounds, by joining a HR group or learning from the internet sites,
There is nothing that is impossible, but you need to know, where you are falling behind. Self assessment in the right direction. This will help you to cope and learn and unlearn a few things to be at par with your collegues.
