Dear Seniors,
i have a situation where i have been stuck please help out ,actually i started my career as Compliance Executive where i was making CLRA audit documents after this i started working in Operations + recruitment and after this i joined a company where i m working as HR Recruiter , almost i have 2+Y exp. in HR domain
but now i want to start working in payroll management, bcoz i want to work in mix kind of profile, so my question is payroll management would be good option for me or should i continue with recruitment and in future whose future is bright Recruitment or Payroll?
please share your exp and thought on this, your advice or guidance can make my career bright.

Your career can become bright, only with the right attitude ! Do not change horses mid-stream. Learn one thing after the other first and then settle down. HR is not limited to salary processing alone or compliance alone.... HR is all about Recruitment to Retirement ! Manpower planning, Recruitment, Onboarding, Induction, Compensation Management, Perks and Benefits, Training and Development and so on. If you want to become a HR Professional, a real one, try to learn, hands on, on all aspects. Only then your career can be bright !
