Hai this is vijay here i want to know about the my future career :
I was don my master degree in Master of social work 2016 pass out. i have experience in automobile service industry as a Human Resource Officer last 1 year here i'm doing only attendance marking and house keeping and security tightening there is know way to learn such statutory and pure HR role process so what i want to do in my future?
Still i have attend the interview more then 10 i'm getting feed back is i don't have good communication skills and as well subject knowledge, here i'm, doing only small things do you think this job may help full my future? if say how?

Dear Vijay,
Your aspiration to grow your career is understandable however, the most important thing is command over English. Your communication skills are poor which you also have admitted. The way you have written your post hardly goes well with HR Officer. Therefore, the first step should be to improve your English. Work steadfastly on that. Improving knowledge of HR is little away.
