Respected Sir,

I had submitted PF - FORM 19 and Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit but after 3 weeks I have received massage regarding the rejection of Claim Form 10C due to below reason:

""Claim ID : PUPUN170600002582

Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (PU/PUN/148/2081/919) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim.

Reason of rejection: NOT ELIGIBLE-INSUFFICIENT SERVICE

Remarks by DA/AO:NOT ELIGIBLE -INSUFFICIENT SERVICE HENCE MEMBER HAS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRWAL BENEFIT/OK""

I was working 4th Aug 2016 to 20th March 2017 (7 Months and 18 days) with the organization, which is more than 6 month / 180 days.
  • What is exact issue to reject this claim?
  • What is "Minimum Eligibility to Withdrawal Benefit of EPS Form 10C?
  • Will I get Pension Certificate?
  • What should I do Next???

Please advice/assist me to work with PF Office to get this done.

Thank you,

Samrat

Dear Karekar.samrat,
I see only two reasons in this regard 4th Aug 2016 to 20th March 2017 (7 Months and 18 days, you have more Non Contribution period or the employer has not deposit the till date contribution.
After PF deptt.has switch off to unified portal and the contribution deposited is not updated on the portal. You are advised to visit Provident Fund office and clear your position.
