Generally while applying for job he just mentioned 20years of experience and showing last ten years blank .
Pls suggest what to mention in the resume for such years .if not mentioned about ten years no one select him for job.

You have not given us complete detail. What did your brother do for 10 years in the education sector and why did he switch the field in the first place and then wants to switch back? Does he not think that 10 years gap is too long a period, as technology may have altered.
He has to show what he did in those ten years and how that experience will help him and his new employer.

Hi Sarita,
The simple solution is to include and write the truth about his 10 years experience also.
Once there is an interview call he should be ready to make a smart answer connecting the practical experience
of working in Ferro Alloy Smelting, the theoretical relevance - knowledge gained while teaching others etc.
He should project the unique features of his resume and also be prepared to answer on his decision to go back to the industry

Dear Sarita,
No one can hide a truth. If you tries to hide it from the recruiter then the biggest issue will be Experience certificate, Reference check from earlier employee and last drawn salary. How will you manage all this. thus better not to give any false information and go ahead with the right path, cause if caught he may loose everything which he has it right now .
