There are so many threads related to performance appraisal in this category. You will get ample information. Secondly, even in the right side of this page, you will find the threads about performance appraisal. You may check there also.

Performance Appraisal basically correlate with KRA and Job Description (JD), its just a performance checking of an employee according to their KRA and JD. from which employer can decide promotion, training need identification, salary increment.
