We want to develop a training centre in our company.
Kindly guid me with the the procedure, formates etc. to develop a system for establishing Trainig programme for the all level of my organisation.
in addition to this i want to know about Training Need Identification,training evaluation,and Gap analisis ets with the good formates.

You need to hire the trainers who can train in different departments. Rather than hiring trainers for each department you need to look for the trainer who can conduct the training in multiple departments. For this, the trainer must have vast amount of knowledge in different fields.
