Hello,

I was working with one reputed organisation as Asst.Branch Manager 2 year back. i left the job with completing all required formalities and notice period. When i had started follow ups for the subject matter. Main concerns had raised issues of outstanding dues. I have completely hand over to my immediate seniors at that time and company have allowed me to move. mean time i have resolved all pending issues which was pending according to organisation. I have all corresponding records.

Last month, management was agreed to release my F&F and they have taken all required documents for TDS deduction and told me to forward for approval.

I have been again trying to contact the concerns which conveyed the last massage but now they did not responding on phone call even i tried from another number than screaming and told me that it has been in approval so it will take 1 month or more.

Sir, I have been waiting from last 2 years and the tentative amount or F&F should be 1.75 lacs.

Please suggest...what should i do???
