my ajay bharat working in pharceutical company has an Hr, i had few doubts regarding CTC calculation,we used pay salary by hand,we dont have esi and pf.recently i have registered esi and pf..problem is our employee is getting net pay with out any deduction,,now i wanted set up ctc structure.
example :
we are paying net salary per month 7000/- (now we wanted to add employer and empoyee esi and pf deduction on 7000/- and wanted make an ctc for an employee...can you please suggest me regarding back word calculation
salary break up
Earnings Deductions
Basic 50% employee esi pf 12% on basic
Hra ( on basic 40 %) employee esi 1.75 % on gross
Da (10%)
Ca (800 or 1600) is fixed based on salary
other allowance
guys please help me out its very urgent for me
